Denholm is a small village between Keighley and Halifax, at one point if you travelled by bus to Halifax you would change buses in Denholm. In the car coming back that way we would often pop into the small Co-op to get odds and ends, rather than go into Keighley.

The main road throws up a lot of dirt at the nearby buildings which gives the place a run down feeling to it, besides being a dormitry place for people going to work else where, though there is a good community cohesion.
