Originaly new this from the canal, but it is within a afternoon drive and now has very nice cafe, so we have been in the afternoon for a walk and coffee.
When on the canal, it is a good place to stop, it has water as well as showers and toilets.
It is also the location of the tunnel, the only one on the Leeds and Liverpool canal. It is controled by trafic lights, giving you about 20 minutes in each direction every hour.
