This is our second holiday together, first year was Fastnet Gales and plenty of water on a motor bike. So this year we are camping in luxery by hiring a car? We managed to squeeze quite a lot in. Sue tells me that I took a rowing boat out on one of the lakes!!! I do not recall that. We did cross Lake Windermere on a large paddle steamer and continued on the steam train to Haverthwaite. We went on the Ravenglass and Eskdale line. Overall a good holiday.
