Part of Selly Oak colleges.
The college was originally built by PHAB clubs as a residential venue for theremembers. But as soon as it opened, the government took away educational funding for none certificated courses, which took the wind out of there ideas.
It was decieded to give the building to Birmingham Social Services for 20 years as a very low rent (referred to as a peper corn rent) to use.
It has now reverted back to being used by PHAB clubs.
I worked here for about 15 years as a teacher/instructor across a variety of skill areas.
