Emergency First Aid at Work
Most suitable for Yoga / Pilates teachers & trainee teachers.
This day covers the requirements of First Aid-Appointed persons with a focus on possible yoga related injuries. The course will update teachers on all Health & Safety requirements. It will also identify the responsibilities and duties of a First Aider including CPR and the development of injury and incident management skills.
