These classes are running to Easter
Venue: Quaker Meeting House, Skipton Road
Monday - 9.15 am to 10.45 am
Monday - 11 am to 12.30 pm
These classes are suitable for beginners.
ALL CLASSES £6 each (paid in advance per term) OR £7.50 each (drop-in rate)
2 or more classes per week £5 each (payable in full at first class)
Each class will include yoga postures, breathing practices and deep relaxation.
Please bring a mat and a blanket, and wear loose comfortable clothing.
