This was a extended weekend, we went from Thursday to Sunday, the weather was good, bright and we were planning not to try and cover to much ground, or do to much. The Bed and Breakfast was in Bardsea (see it here. . . ) We found a nice Hotel near by for our evening meals, where we went every night. The places we went to is as follows: Swarthmoor hall Sunbrick barial ground Lakeside Rookhow Meeting Aldingham village Roa Island Point Of Comfort Hawkshead Colthouse and burial ground Coniston Water Grange-Over-Sands on the way home
