Second set of pictures of of our Summer trip to Blackburn (and back?)

These pictures were taken by Mike and Denny, who volunteered to suffer with us on this winter trip. (Well it was July, but it rained and rained every day.) Just to make it fun, the water cooling hose was leaking, and the alternator was not giving a good charge!!).

After the moors, you travel in to a little wooded glade, which seemed to be sheltering us from the weather.

A small farm track crosses over the canal, and leads you to a pleasant cafe and pub, we can recomend both.

Queing for the tunnel, if you look carefully, you can see the red traffic lights. Once an hour they go green for twenty minutes.
